PSTX sleeps up to 8 people in the following arrangement:

  • Primary bedroom (1) has a queen bed and ensuite full bath with double vanity, shower and soaking tub. View and access to back patio and pool area. Includes TV, clothing rack and plenty of storage.
  • Bedroom (2) has a full size bed and ensuite bath with walk in shower. Access from bathroom to back patio. Accent chair, small dresser, clothing rack and storage available.
  • Bedroom (3) has 2 twin beds and closet space. Shares adjoining bathroom with bedroom (4). Bathroom has double vanity and tub/shower combo.
  • Bedroom (4) has a full size daybed with a bonus twin trundle underneath, writing desk and accent chair. Shares adjoining bathroom with bedroom (3). Bathroom has double vanity and tub/shower combo.

Living & Dining

PSTX offers the following entertaining amenities:

  • Living area includes TV, fireplace, and 2 extra large sofas for relaxing with your guests. There is an additional comfy reading chair in the corner plus extra cushions/stools for added seating.
  • Dining table has seating for 8 (with space for a few more) plus 4 barstools at the kitchen counter.
  • Kitchen is fully stocked with a huge island and all the tools and appliances you need. Large refrigerator/freezer, Electric stovetop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, tea kettle, toaster, and more.
  • Washer and Dryer access available for an additional charge.

Outdoor Amenities

Our amazing outdoor areas and activities are what makes this property even more unique. You will enjoy:

  • Large patio at the home entrance with separate dining area under a huge oak tree. Perfect for morning breakfast with a view of the hills.
  • Large back patio with multiple seating/lounging areas and barbecue pit for outdoor cooking.
  • Another large dining area under the shade of the oak trees.
  • Classic swimming pool with sunning shelf and large deck.
  • Bocce Ball court with strings of cafe lights perfect for enjoying games and outdoor entertaining in the evening.
  • Wood-burning firepit with room for 8 or more.

  • Barn Mural for fun photo ops.
  • House is set back away from the road for added privacy and lots of space to throw a football or just explore. Horses and livestock visible on adjoining properties from time to time.
